Crash or accident What to do:

Crash with no persons injured, just car or cars.

Fill up accident report form that is in the car. One page for us and our insurance, the 2 page for the other car or cars.
It is important that you take down the details of anybody who has witnessed the accident (name, address, telephone number, etc.). It is better to use a pen to complete the report form (it won't get erased and it will be easier to read). You should make as simple a drawing as possible of what occurred in the accident.

It is important to know that, according to the Data Protection Law, you have the obligation to inform users that the vehicle they are going to use is equipped with a GPS locator. This can also be positive for them to use the vehicle more responsibly.
In short, the use of GPS locators in car rental companies has innumerable advantages for the businessman and for the users who, in exchange for giving up a small portion of their privacy, can indirectly provide information to make this business more efficient and sustainable.

Terms and Conditions:

In order to be able to offer you the highest quality services so that you can enjoy your trip to the fullest, there are a series of general conditions and terms that must be met if you rent a vehicle with us.

Drivers:
The minimum age to drive a rental car is 25 years and a minimum experience of 7 years is required. The car may only be driven by persons duly accredited in the contract. Otherwise, the insurance, or insurance contracted, will lose its validity.

Additional drivers:
Each additional driver is €4 per day and must have minimum 25 of age and 7 years of experience.

Cancellations:
There is no charge for the modification or cancellation of reservations, 24 hours in advance. In the event that the client, once rented, decides to return the car before the end of the contract, the rental company will not return any amount in cash or make a refund on the charge card.

What do our rates include? The final price includes:
Rental price, taxes, mileage that has been contacted, full insurance with excess of 200€. Any extras you select will be charged on day of rental.

Comprehensive insurance with excess:
Basic Pack: which includes all-risk insurance with excess that is €200 The deductible or deposits will always require a credit card. include roadside assistance.
Not included in ANY insurance:
They are not included under any circumstances.
- Damage caused to the vehicle or to third parties due to negligence, driving under the influence of alcohol or any drug and/or reckless driving. From 200€ to 1000€
- Damage caused by driving on poorly paved roads or Damage to the underside of the car. From 200€ to 1000€
- Refueling with incorrect fuel. 350€
- Loss or breakage of keys. 250€ you must pay upon delivery of the new key
- Damages caused in locks or inside the vehicle. From 200€ to 500€
-Misuse, negligence and/or additional damage to the tire and/or rim due to continuing to drive in the event of a puncture. 250€
- Damages due to misuse of the clutch. 400€
- Damage, loss or theft of accessories belonging to the vehicle (such as antenna, jack, windshield wiper, tank cover, tray, triangles, vests, child seats, etc.) or property of the lessee. From 50€ to 200€

Theft inside the vehicle:
In no case does the insurance cover the theft of objects inside the vehicle.

Fuel: Return as Delivered:
If it is less then when has been delivered the cost is 1/4 less 20€ 1/2 less 30€ 3/4 less 40€ 4/4 less 50€

Documentation needed:
Valid driver's license and ID as well as debit or credit card. No photos are accepted.

Fines:
All fines will be by the main driver of the car, and €50 will be charged for each resource, or identification of the driver.

Delivery of the car:
From 8am to 10pmThe delivery of your car at Palma city is free, out side of Palma is free in the cases of south coast: near Arenal, Can Pastilla, Illetas, Portals, Portal nous, Magaluf, Santa Ponsa, Paguera, Camp de Mar, Andratx. All rest of the island will be charged 3€ per km and not all places we can deliver, please send request first. Airport service 15€ we only do pickup and take you to Palma where we deliver the car from 7am to 10pm, No pickup service from 10pm to 7am. All cost ill be change on delivery of the car.

Returns of the car:
The delivery payments are included the returning no extra charge in hours of the contact has. Return at Airport is 25€ extra, if we take you from Palma to airport 15€, From 10pm to 12pm extra 50€ and from 12pm to 7am extra 70€ we give a 30 minutes extra of no charge always that it has been notify to us 3 hours before. From 1 hour to 3 hours late return will be charged 10€ per hour, after 3 hours late return will be charge one day extra as price of the signed contract plus a penalty of €50

Signing of the contract:
By signing the contract, the client declares to have read and accepted the conditions set forth on this page.

Contract cancellations:
The company will not make any monetary refund, if the client decides to return the car before expire the contract.

Contract extensions:
They must be done with a minimum of 48 hours before the end of the contract, otherwise the contract will be terminated.

Company Cancel reservation:
The company reserves the right to cancel the delivery of the reserved car, if it understands, or there are doubts about the client's financial capacity, presents symptoms of drunkenness, being under the influence of drugs or presenting obvious symptoms of incapacity to drive, due to a history of or negative reports held by the rental company.

Payment of rent:
Payment will be made either in advance or upon delivery of the car. All credit and debit cards are accepted except American Express and Dinners. Prepaid or virtual cards are not accepted.

Accident report:
The preparation, follow-up and conclusion of an accident report has a cost of €50.
Car replacement will be offered only if we have available, the payment will be 100% full refund if it is not the fault of the driver.

Tires Puncture:
You could chang it on your own would be nice, if you need assitance you can call us or the car insurance, extra cost 100€

Non-Smoking Cars: All our cars are Non-Smoking cars.
Smoking is prohibited in our cars. In the case of detecting that the client has smoked in the car, a charge of €150 will be applied for cleaning.

CHARGES FOR DIRT OR BAD CONDITION OF THE INTERIOR OF THE VEHICLE AT THE TIME OF RETURN:
Cleaning for normal use of the vehicle is included in your contract, however, if the car is delivered in a state of excessive dirt, bad smell, or other damage caused by misuse or neglect that requires additional cleaning or repair of the vehicle will be charged separately without being included in any of our insurance packages, the degree of dirt / misuse of the vehicle is specified as follows:
0-Normal use of the vehicle: no additional charges will be made for use or for minimal dirt.
1-Mild cleaning: When extra vacuuming or washing is required due to poor condition of the vehicle, presence of sand, earth, mud, food waste or packaging... €50 WILL BE CHARGED.
2-Special cleaning: When a special cleaning is required derived from stains that cannot be washed with a normal cleaning cycle and/or could harm the immediate use of the vehicle by the next user. Smell of tobacco or presence of ashes, pet hair, stains on the upholstery, salt-peter on the seats... €150 WILL BE CHARGED
3-Cleaning of baby/booster seats: Stains from feces, vomit, porridge, abundant general dirt. €50 WILL BE CHARGED

Travel:
Between islands It is not allowed to leave Mallorca in any case, all cars have gps that is limited only for the island and will alert us only if you have leave the island. If we notice the cars has leave the island you will be charge 500€ and will te told to return the car imediatly and will be finalised the contract with no refund.

Claims on the vehicle:
Any complaint or claim must always be reported within 24 hours after taking the vehicle, that is, claims made after this period of time have elapsed will not be addressed.

Data protection guarantee:
  Guarantee of privacy and security of your data. We respects the privacy of our clients, no confidential information to third parties.

VISIBILITY OF DOCUMENTATION:
By legal regulations it is mandatory to leave the rental data visible on the dashboard: model, license plate, rental period and contract number. If this information is not visible, the client must assume the possible sanction, including management expenses.
Contract signing.

Upon signing the rental contract:
The lessee authorizes us to charge his credit card for extra concepts such as: traffic fines, removal of the vehicle by tow truck, damages not covered by insurance, missing items in the vehicle, extensions, hourly supplements, fuel, Damage caused to the vehicle and to third parties due to driving intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, due to negligent use or by an unauthorized driver, etc.

Cancellations and no show:
After 3 hours from the scheduled delivery time in the reservation without the client having picked up his vehicle, the supplier company will declare the reservation as no-show and release the reserved vehicle. Cancellations received within a period of less than 2 hours will also be considered a no-show. Both no-shows and cancellations less than two hours in advance must pay 100% of the value of the reservation to cover operating costs and lost profits.
